CLARUS TECHNOLOGIES LLC RECEIVES EPA PERFORMANCE AWARD
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE—November 4, 2005—B—Clarus Technologies’ Event Planning Division has received an award for Outstanding Accomplishments by a Tribal Business from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Clarus was the EPA’s first A-76 competitive sourcing contractor and their first Alaska Native contractor.
The award was presented to Marsha Greyeyes from Clarus’ Washington DC office and Karl Thomas, CEO of Clarus, at the Administrator’s 17th Annual Small and Disadvantaged Business Awards Ceremony on October 27, 2005 in Washington DC. “The awardee has had a significant and positive impact on meeting logistics and support operations within the Science Advisory Board. Clarus has provided superb customer service and demonstrated exceptional professionalism in their interactions with the Science Advisory Board members and the EPA staff. In an administrative survey, Clarus received a 99% satisfaction rating for their ability to ascertain what is required to complete a task and to take advantage of opportunities to make the project move quickly and smoothly,” as announced in the event program.
